Ms. Julie Gutierrez founded Core CMCI in 2015 to deliver full Construction Services – Commercial Construction, Architecture, Engineering and Project Management - with precision and predictability to help realize measure, positive business outcomes for the public and private sector. The team serves projects from the Concept through Construction.
She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with an Executive Masters in Business Administration. Her professional experience includes Real Estate Development, Business Consulting, Project Management, Executive Leadership and Management Consulting.
